Where to get rubber bottom terminal cap?

I am missing the rubber bottom terminal cap from my K-5. I have searched the forums and the solutions for where to find this part did not work. Emailing Ricoh support did not get me anywhere. I know I can get the grip, which I probably will, but I would still like to have that cap if possible.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Email Ricoh. They do not respond quickly so try emailing again. I've found that most companies have issues with incoming email, either the volume is overwhelming or they have the spam filters cranked up. Anyway, try again to email. You might also post on their forum: Home - RIAC Community again they do not respond quickly but I have always gotten a response eventually.

You can also just phone them. Sometimes that works even better.

Gaffers tape would be better, electrical tends to get slimy after a while.

Your local, authorized Pentax dealer, if there is one in your area, should be able to order one for you, at least in theory.

Did you get the connector? I'm in need of one too and will order from them if they are a legit company
