As @victormeldrew says, they are widely-available, generic units sold under a lot of brands. Mine are branded "Kaavie", and I bought them from a camera shop in Scotland who were selling off old stock. Just search eBay or Amazon for "PT-04 flash trigger", and look for a good deal on one or more pairs of the transmitter and receiver.
