It's an old city, there's going to be narrow streets that wind around, all kinds of situations where the preferred answer is a true wide-angle lens. The 12-24 sounds like a great addition to this trip. You may find that you use it more than the 18-135. The 43 sounds like a great supporting actor for those times where you need a lens to deal with low light.
