Auto Shut-Off

Hi. Recently, my Pentax K5 stopped shutting off automatically (apparently) after I left the switch in the on position; my camera battery has worn out after I find I left the switch on. It used to turn off auto magically after a minute or two or three.

Is there a setting that has gone astray?

Not sure about K5, but K3 has this setting in the "Set up menu" Otherwise you may have to reset the camera.
