Do they not sell the colored ones (besides red and white) in the states? I REALLY want a pink one but they're soooooo expensive with the yen rate over here

Just got mine and just got the battery charged, so nothing to share yet besides the fact that it arrived just as I expected: factory new with the 18-55mm and 55-300mm lenses! Off to go play!

Yup, just got mine. Looks brand new. I'm charging the battery now. I'll do some K-x vs. K-r comparison shots tonight like I did with the K-m and K-x.

To all that have gotten or are about to receive your new Kr, check your selector dial. I had to take one back because it was faulty, I didn't notice it right away but I had to exchange it. It would move freely but the values in the settings wouldn't change or the pictures wouldn't scroll until a couple of turns. I exchanged it within the 7 days return window with no problem.

supposedly (not confirmed) this could be due to condensation and disappears permanently after a bit of use. Something like a bit of residue on the contacts that wears off.
