Issue 1 - I have expanded the ISO range to 100~25600 but I'm only getting 200~25600, is there another setting I'm supposed to set?

Issue 2 - I've set the date and all is fine for photographs but when I shoot video, it records it as the following day. Any ideas?

1) Does the camera have a D-Range setting? If so, turn it off.
2) Not a clue.
