recharging Kr battery

when do you recharge the Kr battery
do you leave it to fully discharge or
just recharge at any time
just looking for best option for battery to keep charge longer

LiIon batteries don't 'like' full discharging. It is better to charge them more often. On the other hand, if you want to store a battery, you should do it half-charged.
LiIon batteries capacity is not sensibly influenced by the number of charge-discharge cycles. They lose capacity with age, though, and that is not reversible.
