PENTAX K-r Sample Images

When i was doing my research, deciding which camera to buy, one of the first few places i stopped
by was this forum, it gave me quite a good feeling of what to expect out of the K-r and thankfully i
Haven't been dissapointed so far.

The thing is, when i looked through the forums initially, it was really hard to find a post showcasing
sample images from the K-r. I'm new to DSLR photography and i'm rather average at my best, hopefully
members with more experience would like to add on as well.

Cheers

Thanks, jangole, good to see someone else posting, seems like K5 is the one people are most interested in. Your shots are good, love the seahorses and the oof coral in the foreground. well done.

I had a photoshoot today, i was the "model" for a friend. Anyway, i brought along my k-r and asked
if he could take a couple of pictures using it to which he kindly obliged. Here's just one of them, it was
taken in a studio. It was taken with the "more vivid" setting. Straight out of the camera, has not been edited except resizing.

Here's my feeble attempt with (in progress) lighting and um.. background (sheet of paper). Lens I used was Pentax K 55mm/1.8, which just came in today. I stopped the lens down a bit, but didn't actually check how much. Too exited I think.
