Thank you! Truth is I spent many hours trying to get something interesting.

Now one from two nights ago, pretty decent lightning, but no cloud to ground strike. Still waiting for a good night storm.

Thank you! The name of the city is Constanta and some pictures are from Mamaia resort, 1 km north of the city.

Pictures taken at a local airshow, the first outing of my new K-r - all taken with the standard kit 50-200mm lens with a Hoya UV filter (to protect the lens from the sand as the airshow was at a beach)

It was Southport Air Show last weekend - it was earlier in the season this year due to an unusaual high tide in September! The high fps rate of the K r was a major bonus with the fast jets!

Hey everyone, first post time! Got a K-r a couple months ago and have enjoyed the heck out of it. It is my first "grown up" camera. These are a few pictures from the first week of having it. Unfortunately, I do not know all the EXIF data, but I do know they were taken with the kit 55-300 DAL lens. No processing other than cropping.

Wish I didn't shake the stupid tripod, but I almost miss'd the shot. Wish I could have caught some of the other ones before it because they looked a lot cooler.

I love my K-r, except that it knows more about pictures than I do! Went on a short family holiday recently and took these. I've had the camera for a few months but everytime I learn something I forget it as I get excited about another option.

These are my first pics with my first SLR.
Im still getting to grips with it all and reading 'digital SLR for dummies'

I took all these with the 2 kit lenses I got with my brand new toy the k-r

, Im still learning about all the settings, exposure etc and as you can probably tell I cant use photoshop.

Any comments/help will be very welcome
