Thanks for your comments loco.
Lately im trying with lightroom 3, wich i think is awesome.
On the fly shoot, the flash didn't fire, so most of the picture was dark, then i apply fill shadows to avoid burn the highlight.
Also lightroom is fun to create some kind of "retro" look to the pictures.

Lightroom is terrific! It's amazing what you can do with it. I would've never thought the fly shot was not exactly as you planned, though.

I am really new, but these were my first outings with my Kr. The first two are with my 50-200 mm kit lens and the third was with my 50mm 1.4f.

I did adjust the white balance and fill light afterward.

I just got my K-r yesterday, I have never owned a DSLR before (and have only had very limited opportunities to play with one previously), so I'm still figuring things out but this is from my first attempt at photographing my cat, Lya:

I'm pretty pleased with it considering what a n00b I am!

Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to getting a little more proficient, but I am already having tons of fun with it.

It looks like the zoom effect...I am no overly familiar with it but I think what you do is try a slower shutter and zoom (making sure the subject is in the center of the frame).
