Last Weekend at Radnor Lake

These are only two of the many captures that I took while we walked around Radnor Lake last weekend. You can see these and the rest that were taken on my Flickr page.

Thanks, glad you like my pictures. I am blown away by the great pictures I have seen. I see them and wonder how they are getting that out of their K-r. I am still learning about mine.

I don't know how to post the picture information? I know it shows up on the pentax utility but how do I post it to the website?

Both of yours are excellent pix and that's no bullshit. Could you please post some exposure details of the clock tower one? (The Exif is ripped )

.R.
I found some info on the night shot with the bell tower.
Lens DA L 18-55mm (lens kit)
F length 50.0mm
shutter speed 1.6 sec
Aperture F7.1
capture mode Manual exposure
center weighted metering
WB automatic
Sensitivity 400
D range no
D range shadow off
High ISO Noise weak
quality RAW
Automatic single AF
autofocuse area mode Single AF
color sRGB

Okay,
I think that is it. When I went and looked this up I noticed there was another picture of the bell tower that was focused better. I will post that one and post any different info if there is any on the shot.

Found a better shot

Hi,
I actually found a better shot than the one I posted. take a look at this one.
I left the shutter open longer and as you can see the picture is sharper. The first one I post the sutter was open 1.6 seconds and this one it was open for 2 seconds. You can see better detail on the clock.

I don't know why I picked the first shot, probably looked at so many pictures at 11PM and my eyes went numb.

Son's Roam Around the Yard

My 15-year-old son took our newly acquired K-r for a walk around the house, took some shots, and played with Photoshop. Pretty good!

I like the shot you took of the Boxer and the brick wall. The brick wll really shows the detail your camera can acheive.

Nice,

David
