Greetings everyone. It's one month to the day since I've picked up my K-r for the first time. We've had it since April, but our newborn kept us preoccupied for most of the time. The K-r is the first SLR I ever took a picture with. Here are three shoots I like for some reason. All are hand held and not too sharp, since I had to climb a mountain in order to take them.
My first or second outdoor macro shot. Taken with the kit 50 - 200 lens an a cloudy day.
This one I've titled Pinocchio, because it reminds me of a little boy dancing. Taken with the kit 18 - 55 lens.
The last one I have to attach because I respect that insignificant little butterfly. Taken in the middle of the road, in strong wind with the kit 18 - 55 from the distance the insect must have thought I was an approaching planet.
These are some of the first images I've taken and I've since tried to improve my skills. My wife would say I'm not succeeding much, but I've since managed to go out for a walk every single day and get an hours worth of shooting. Hopefully time will tell...
Kind regards,
Vince
