Hey,

My Pentax K-r just arrived and we (me and my wife) are still getting to know it. This involves taking some bad pictures in the process. But I think this one (from our favorite model) came out ok:

Name: dog.jpg
Views: 4867
Size: 61.7 KB

He's a good looking dog so he makes it easy. But he's not much into standing still for taking pictures
I took this picture with the following settings: Pentax D-FA100mm macro lens, f/4, 1/40, ISO-3200.

Ah, I should have included what it was taken with, it was using an A version of this lense. And thanks!

Re Lift Off----What a great picture! If I can't get good, I hope to at least get a little luckier.

Got my K-r and 50mm f/1.4 lens this week and shot this pic last night. I figured it would look nice, but didn't expect it to come out so well:

Sunset Reflections

Here is a photo I took a couple of days ago. First time shooting with my new (used) DA 16-45mm. I'm very happy with it so far.

Well i think this are my last k-r pictures for a while. now i owe a k-5, fantastic camera, but not much better than a k-r in my opinion.
Here some pictures, including a controversial low light example
