Just got my K-r last month first Camera i've owned though i used to play about with my friends Olympus e-480.

here's a couple i took in my local Forrest.





this one was using the cross-processing in camera. Thought it was a nice effect.



Enjoying this camera especially as an absolute novice!

All pictures were taken with my new K-r, my first DSLR and processed with Aperture 3.

Picture of the niece playing in the yard. She hopped in her car and just sat there for awhile.
Slight crop and color adjust.
iso 200, 135mm, f8, 1/200 with DA-L 55-300


Nephew during funny face hour.
Minor color adjust
iso 100, 35mm, f8, 1/80 with 35mm F2.4 AL


Niece, as we say, She thinks she is gettin' away with something
Color adjust and some brushes
iso 1600, 35mm, f2.4, 1/50 with 35mm F2.4 AL


The wife getting upset with me because I had to snap a picture
Color adjust and some brush work
iso 200, 35mm, f2.8, 1/80 with 35mm F2.4 AL

Had a K-r for a few months now. My first D-SLR, and responsible for a new hobby ... hunting around charity shops for old camera lenses!

Thanks for the praise. Shot 4 would have been with my 35mm F2.4 AL. That lens rarely leaves my camera.

Yep, the UnLimited 35mm f2.4 is one of those 'must have' lenses.
And for once one of the 'must haves' was in my price range

Just got my K-r yesterday just in time for a friends wedding. Not posting any of the personal pictures but this is one i took. Only thing i did was mess with the coloring and crop it some. This is my 1st DSRL camera and i think i'll have some fun with this
