DA35 Ltd AF speed on k-r

It seems to be well known that the focusing speed of the DA35 Ltd can be a bit slower than normal lenses (if you don't use the quick shift to help). But given the AF improvements in the K-r, has the AF speed improved or is it the same?

Thanks

Yes, DA 35le focus much faster on my K-r than my old K-m. But not so quick as fa35 or 18-55 kit lens.

Regardless of focus improvements on camera bodies, the 35mm Ltd is always going to be slower to focus relative to a normal lens, simply because it's a macro lens...
