[langtitle=fr]Compatibilitée objectif[/langtitle]

Bonjour,

this lens?

SMC Pentax-A 70-210mm F4 Reviews - Pentax Lens Reviews & Pentax Lens Database

If so, there is no autofocus. It will work on your K-r, but you have to focus by hand.

FR :

It will be compatible with your K-r, but without AF. You'll have to do the focus by yourself (don't worry, it's easy !).
And you won't regret it, especially at this price

Short answer... Yes..

However, to be 100% certain, it's better to show a picture on the end which connects to the camera body. Try to get as clear of a picture as possible. There are those here who can give you detailed info of the lens, and much more.

thank you for your reply
Another question, I'm new at this and I understand that there were certain objectives with the focal length by changing the box. Is this the case with this one? Is that once on my case I would get really 70/200?

EN : Lenses bring the view closer in the same way for SLR and DSLR.
The main difference, is that the field of view will be narrower on DSLR. In fact, it's like cropping a SLR picture.

Hi, I do not know anything about this lenses, but first one looks like Takumar A 70-200/4 - Takumar-A 70-200mm F4 Macro Reviews - Pentax Lens Reviews & Pentax Lens Database
Second lens on the pink background looks like a Ricoh mount lens (KR not KA). It could be used on your camera, but first check for Ricoh pin before mounting it coz it will stuck at the body.

That Pentax-A 70-200mm was the first tele-zoom I bought as well
And mine has fungus and scratches on the front element and it's still very good. You'll get very nice images at 200mm using the Macro (close focusing) function and it's already good at f4.
If the lens is in good condition I don't think you'll ever regret buying it. It's only cons are the weight and that the zoom / focus ring can be quite loose.
It doesn't have SMC (multicoating) so in some situations you'll see very low contrast in your images. I think a hood would help with this a lot.
I'm not sure about the price though. I payed less for mine but it was in bad shape.

Careful, the lens in the last image (post #6) says KR and will probably have the Ricoh pin. And therefore can get stuck on the camera.

Can you post a photo of the mount so somebody can tell you if it's the 'safe' version or the dangerous version of the Ricoh pin.

By the way, this question is not K-r specific. I have reported your post and leave it up to the moderators to move it (or not)
