lol no, not really. And in Japan, it's technically 株式会社タカラトミー -- there is no "exact" spelling, because there is no set-in-stone transliteration scheme to convert from a character-based language to one using the Roman alphabet.
Hence, the most official source is the company itself, and it is spelt with a Y according to their own official, Japanese URL, as well as their official company logo:

So no, it isn't spelled with an i. And Wikipedia isn't the be-all end-all of knowledge -- they get it wrong too...
