Thank you, piledon! Yours are great, very abstract. I have trouble thinking that way when out taking photos but always love viewing those kinds of photos.

I used the in camera HDR function for the first photo, believe it or not. I did process it a bit in Lightroom, but not a lot. Mostly just adding some contrast.
Ah - cool. Thanks for the kudos. Clearly I need to experiment with HDR; this is my first DSLR. I did film long ago (mostly concert photography) but dropped it until I just couldn't stand P&S camera limitations anymore. Your shots are inspiration!

Pentak K-r SMC M 50mm f/1.7

Took this in my backyard today. 50mm @f/22 Unfortunately the wind kicked up and moved the branch at the worst time.

Some pictures I took of my horse yesterday... lost some detail in resizing them and I learned a hard lesson about ISO and shooting a white horse, lol, even in the shade, but I'm still pretty pleased with them overall.

This one shows off his personality smiling for the camera!

And last but not least one I took of the new dog at the barn, she belongs to the guy who feeds my horses for me. She's super cute.

All taken with KR and Sigma 70-300 DG APO Macro. A couple of them cropped slightly and all resized using Photoshop with 1 click on sharpen.
No other editing done.
