I just bought the pentax smc da 35mm f2.4 from Amazon .. should arrive in week or so .. fingers crossed I enjoy it as never had prime before. was going to get the old 50mm f1.4 or f1.7 from eBay but couldn't find any autofocus ones and thought the autofocus will be handy so went for the new one ..

Yes, Am not into Cropping or image blow up hehehe. The reason am askingthis questions is that I am planning to buy range lens for mountains, birds most likely wildlife for am fund of hiking and sports.
