K-r warranty

What are the chances to get a replacement instead of repair if you send your K-r in for service?
I have four different issues with mine after 7 months of usage:
- Erratic e-dial
- FF issue with one of the lenses
- Focus lock does not work properly when I hold the shutter release half-way
- Sometimes it will take multiple shots with shutter release fully pressed even though the camera is in single drive mode
Last two are not constantly apparent and I can recreate them if I try few times.

Any suggestions on how to deal with Pentax warranty?

Document all issues and contact Pentax service. The service people at Pentax should tell you what to do.
