1/13 sec

I have noticed some people posting pictures on here saying they used shutter speed of 1/13 sec on K-r.
How do you do it?
Mine goes from 1/10 straight to 1/15. Is there something I don't know about?
Thanks

There should/may be a setting for 1/3 steps rather than 1/2 steps for shutter speed and ISO adjustments, etc.
