@alexmkd, I looked at the fullscreen version on Flickr. There's quite a bit of noise in the sky. EXIF shows a 10 second exposure at ISO 12800. Try 30 seconds at ISO 1600 for widefield sky shots. I think you'll get less noise and a blacker sky background ... but the clouds tend to blur more with the longer exposure.

10s of exposure at f/4.0 ISO speed: 12800 at 26.2mm with the kit lens

DeadJohn, tnx for your comment on my photo

I tried different exposure settings, and this was the photo i liked the most I think, even at ISO12800 the photo is not ruined.....

If i get a clear sky this evening, i'll make a few new photos with the ISO1600-3200 at longer exposures

Yes, I only noticed the noise when I pixel peeped at the large version. At relatively modest sizes ISO 12800 is quite usable.
