Silver K-r in USA

Intrigued by the second introduction of the silver K-5 I wondered whether the K-r was issued in silver other than in Japan.

So idly googling on "silver Pentax K-r" and choosing Shopping -
I was very surprised to find this link:

Pentax K-r 12.4MP DSLR Camera Bundle w/ 18-55mm Lens, 3" LCD, and HD

That thumbnail looks like a silver K-r even if the link did not say "silver"
and the link was to WalMart.....

Clicking on the link -
indeed it is a silver K-r....

]

Hope that helps someone.

Edit to Add
for those into precious metals
also linked from that Walmart page is a Gold K-r:

and even more it looks like one may be able to order any color from WalMart:

Your Choice: Pentax K-r 12.4MP DSLR Camera Bundle w/ 18-55mm Lens, 3" LCD, and HD Video Value Bundle

It's not limited or anything, but walmart does have it in stock:
pentax k-r - Walmart.com

The black K-r is $699 and the silver colored ones are $599. Good to see you can still get them new

OK here's a possible advantageous wrinkle/loop-hole -

If the multiple color choice link is used - that page makes one select a color choice -
doing that the Silver (or any other color choice) in the shopping basket is listed as $599.00 (as Adam pointed out)
instead of $649.00 on that direct link page.

I think that it is great that the variety of color choices made it to the USA. I know that the K-r has been discontinued. Is the full range still available in Japan? Is it still possible to get the full color range of 35mm 2.4's? It will be interesting to see how long we will see the remaining inventory trickle out of Walmart. In some ways a disgraceful exit for the poor K-r! In some ways a big step for Pentax to get a little more exposure.
