HELP! My Pentax Bellows II mounting plate is stuck on my camera.

I bought a Pentax Bellows II and it had an M42 to K mount on the back, but now it wont come off. I have to detach the mount from the bellows and of course that messed the bellows up. But I am more concerned about this stuck on plate.

What do I do?

That sucks - but it has been faced before, IIRC. There is a thread here which solved it for someone. I have come close to doing the same thing and found that using a short macro tube between the bellows and the camera minimises the danger to the mount - bit late to point that out though .
