K-R's SR is jiggling in LV and Video.

Hey there guys. I just noticed something today that has me quite worried. I put my K-r into live view about 15minutes ago and noticed the insides moving around quite a lot and noisily at that. As I pan or tilt or rotate, the SR mechanism seems to be well, not so stable anymore. Any reasons why this may be? Should I send it in to get it repaired?

The only strange thing I was doing with my camera recently was toying around in PK Tether which is admittedly a cool project and I got tethering to work miraculously but it did hard lock up my camera a few times which which I had to unfreeze by removing the battery. The camera has never displayed this behavior before so I am hoping everything will be okay. Can anybody comment on this?

This is to be expected, as the K-r is a bit more noisy than say the K-01 in this respect. As long as the picture isn't shaking abnormally, I wouldn't be too concerned.

PK Tether locks when the buffer is full you should remove the photos after viewing. I have mine go to a file on my computer after viewing so I never have more than one in the program at any time and since making this change I've had no lock-ups.

My Kr does the same but it doesn't affect the video.
