Major flash help needed

I have found a few ultra cheap (under 10 quid) flashes on eBay, and all are old. The 3 I like the look of are:

Vivitar 16A

Vivitar 530FD

Boots 2000

Can anyone please tell me if I can use any of these on my K-r? I have heard that you have to watch the voltage, and can anyone explain to me how I can deal with this?

You can use a radio trigger. The trigger sits on the hot shoe and the flashwith the remote trigger is mounted off camera. These are quite cheap on ebay and work quite well.

There are some sites on the internet that list flash voltages. I would check an old flash with a volt meter before using, just to be sure.
Here is a flash voltage listing. It is not complete, but still useful.
