Insane ISO Dilemma (K-r)

So I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, and if they have fixed it, or if anyone knows a possible solution on how to fix my dilemma.

So here is my story: I have expanded my K-rs ISO sensitivity to 100-25600, and I was taking a lot of pictures at a night luau where I needed to switch between 800 and 1600 ISO. The next morning when I went to change ISO settings back to 100 for landscape photography, the lowest setting that I could get down to was 200. So I went ahead and changed my setting back to normal (unexpanded) setting to see if I went through the expanding cycle, that the camera would reset ISO expandability; it in fact did not and the lowest setting on expanded sensitivity is still 200 ISO. The really weird part is that when I switch to normal (unexpanded) ISO setting, is that the lowest setting should be 200 ISO, but now says it is 400 ISO. In essence, the lowest setting doubled itself. WTF I was screaming to myself. So I am here, pleading to anyone who has experienced something similar, hoping that there is a possible solution.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you much!

What setting is your camera in? If you have shadow compensation enabled, the lowest it will let you set the iso to 200. I think the night scene mode might have shadow compensation enabled by default.

Thank you so darned much! It was the Highlight Correction setting that was turned on; I must have accidentally switched that on with the E-dial going through menus. I had no idea that it did that. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

You're welcome, I remember having that issue on my K-x a while back, and for some reason it never left me. ^^ Have fun with your K-r! Happy shooting!

I had the exact same issue with my K-X too, and it took me a while to figure it out. It was the darndest thing until I understood what happened.
