Goodbye :)

Goodbye all... the K-r forum and I have come to a parting of the ways with the sale of my much enjoyed K-r.

Look for me in the K-30 forum from now on!

Mea culpa, mea culpa... my only justification for betraying the K-r is that out here on the "wet" coast, it's often desirable to have something a bit more resistant to weather (rain, drizzle, sleet).

As an aside, would I be forgiven if I said that I had sold the K-r to my son and that the number of Pentaxians in the family has now doubled?

I must confess, I've never even owned or shot a K-r personally.
Though I think giving it to your son was a mighty kind gesture.

Give...no... but we perused the local Craigslist offerings and he's getting a pretty good deal. Particularly when he knows how the camera has been treated and a shutter count of only 11K.

As an aside, I managed to get out yesterday and played with the camera/lens (did I mention I got the 18-135 WR kit?)... first bunch of test photos are here...
