Looking for Input on C H R I S and Precision Maintenance Facility

I'm going to send my Kr out for professional cleaning, testing, and adjustments.

I've begun to see debris in my view finder that doesn't show up on my photos, it's an annoyance.

It's definately not the mirror as I've cleaned the mirror and it's shows nothing in the dust alert and
I've attempted to clean the sensor. I'm able to clean up some (can't seem to get it all) from the sensor
but after a while I see new/more debris.

Looking for information from people that have used either or both of these facilities.

I'm leaning towards Precision because they're in CT. and I'm in NY so I figure shipping time and cost will be less
meaning a shorter turn around time.

Thanks for your time and help.

Have you tried cleaning the focusing screen? Dust particles get into the viewfinder and onto the focusing screen. While annoying they don't actual affect the pictures. Try using a blower and shooting a couple quick bursts into your viewfinder or even dropping your focusing screen down so see if there is anything visible that you can blow off.

It's probably on the focusing screen, if you're careful it's quite easy to drop the holder down and clean it.

I've tried cleaning the focus scree even tried a wet cleaning with no luck.

I'm not comfortable removing the focus screen, don't have the proper tool to do it.

I've had the camera since it was released so it's due some love. I'm waiting for instructions
to send it in now.
