Lens Compatible?

Hi. This is probably a stupid question, but does the Tamron 70-200mm f2.8 work with the Kr? On Amazon, they had a little thing where you can check if its compatible and came out as it doesn't, but don't know how reliable is it since it also came up as it doesn't work on some of the higher end Pentax DSLRs.

As long as you get the Pentax K-mount version, the Tamron 70-200mm is compatible with any Pentax DSLR.

Absolutely - if it has a Pentax mount. Amazon just is wrong.

That lens is available in multiple mounts so you have to be careful with which one is the one they have in Amazon.

That same lens adviser on Amazon says the Da35 f/2.4 doesn't fit the Pentax K-30?My tip is to go to the manufactures website and verify fit and function.

Thank you everyone. Figured Amazon's lens advisor or whatever called that thing was wrong or it's thinking I'm using a different mount.
