Seeds and 'shrooms
Lens: Vivitar Macro 2.8/100mm Camera: K200D Photo Location: Kitchen ISO: 100 Aperture: F22

Shot these this morning in my kitchen with the (Kiron) Vivitar 2.8/100mm macro in ambient light by the window.

Close-up pics of food isn't always a good idea! I like mushrooms, but those don't look good up close to me!

I had an old Kiron/Vivitar 75-205 and could not believe the quality of the images I was getting. I don't know much about food marketing, but I love the colors and details. Really impressive.

I wasn't really after delicious looking food shots. My aim was just to shoot shape, form and texture (I've read quite a few photography books lately )

Thanks! I've also had the the 75-205 and it really is impressive.

Yeah I realise, and you've achieved it admirably, but I'm just saying, not a criticism.
