Darth Vader of insects
Lens: sigma 105mm and 50mm reversed Camera: K-7

Im not quite sure why, but I picuture darth vader looking like this if he was green and an insect

Nice shot, plenty of detail due to the crisp and sharp focus. I must look at getting a reversing ring. Are they hard to use?

Im not sure, my 50mm was held in place with tape

They are no more difficult to use than any other M (or M42) type lens. You may miss the Green button though. No aperture connection to the camera so you have to rely on full Manual exposure. To use one, you just have to make sure you have the aperture ring. It does open the possibility of using ANY lens as a reversed Macro..

yeatzee, Nice detail in the shot. I'm still trying to get my First GOOD bug macro.. Seem to fail at every opportunity. Even with spiders that just sit still. Your guy looks more to me like the creature that captured Hans Solo in Empire Strikes Back though.. Maybe because of the coloring.
