I had one of the most pleasant weekends in a long time.

On Saturday I started off going to some 1/8th mile races close to Kelowna BC, Canada, where I helped a friend out with his race car

Then today I went out fishing with a couple of friends about 100 miles away from the races



While we were there we saw a Golden Eagle attack some ducks.
Although I didn't get a picture of the attack I got a good picture of the eagle.


Then one of my friends was nice enough to make us dinner.

And then on my way home I saw this nice sunset


There's a bad forest fire filling the sky with smoke here resulting in this early and colourful sunset.

You managed to get some nice shots of the sunset- I love how the orange and yellow colors separate in the water in the second one

The boat picture is a bit wide, though- you might want to trim it down a bit

I posted basicly the same thread in a fishing forum as well, where everyone is used to larger pic's, so I just don't usually think about it.
Plus my cpmputers settings reduce most pic's down to fit the screen (although not that one)
