I only have my K135/2.5 with me

My intention was initially to take some portrait shots :ugh:

Ended up taking the birds

C & C most welcome as they help me improve my skills

Hope you like them

I like the first shot a lot, but it seems a bit soft. Were you using a split-screen, or just the stock viewfinder?

Apologies for the late reply, Adam :ugh:

I was on a long vacation for the past 2 weeks and have just returned

I have not gotten myself a split-screen yet as I have not made much progress on my research for one

Have you or any fellow members any good suggestions please?

My sincere thanks in advance

I have a Katz Eye with optibrite! I love it, but it is expensive ( so I am happy I got it as a present )

Like Iris I have the Katz Eye with optibrite but I had to pay for it and it is expensive.

It is also worth the money if you plan to do a significant amount of sahooting with manual focus lenses.

I have the diagonal split screen from Jinfinance in my K10D. Works just fine, right on the money focus wise, no adjustment needed. Just went right in

got mine from jinfinance too

But it did not help much since my K10D had some back focusing problem. Split screen does not mitigate the problem.

I put the split screen in my K-x now which improves focusing. It should work better on K20D than K-x. I also use Pentax O-ME53 Magnifying eyepiece which also helps. Alternatively, you can use the Live View function to focus which is quite effective for me. Make sure that the shutter speed is sufficiently fast. I would say equal or faster than 1/200 second.

Zhou,

Is this the lens you just sold to me? Or do you have two?

Hi Brian:

Please allow me to answer your question to Zhou Yu :ugh:

I did purchase a copy of the K135/2.5 from Zhou Yu, but that certainly isn't the copy you now have, as I still have Zhou's copy with me

But these pictures weren't taken with Zhou Yu's copy either
