Scheveningen Pier after Sunset - Help me choose! · 02:10 PM

Shot yesterday evening after I had a dinner with Iris. But I can't choose between these two... (ISO 640, not 800 as stated above)

Rense, #2 works especially well because of the reflection in the sands. So it has to be #2 for me.

I vote #1 as I find the foreground in the second shot too distracting. I like how in #1 the pier seems more mysterious and floating out there, like I want to learn more about it, but in #2 it just seems like it's so close to land that I lose interest.

Nice one really!

I like the first one a little more. I like the structure the water creates...

But both are nice.
