Iris, I tried to identify your cute little choirmaster, but I failed.....
I am sure it's a kind of Wolf spider, but the species in this group are quite 'cryptic'....

It looks like a wolf spider to me. Although, they can get very large here. They liked to hide in my old car an occasionally scare the crap out of me.

Well I am already happy with the Wolf spider part, although I am a biologist I can't imagine I voluntary would broaden my knowledge with identifying spiders

Both are nice images. The title of the first fits the subject perfectly.

The concert master looks as professional as your perfect images. I'm not sure I'd want to play first violin, however.
