Great exposure. Is this HDR?

The first and third are. The second is perhaps oversharpened.

Is HDR a problem?

I don't like overdone HDR, but I thought these were still subtle enough. I felt that creating these in HDR didn't change reality as much as it made it possible for me to capture the true exposure of the scene, one that exceeds the limits of my camera.

Really? I would have guessed the first and second were. No problem at all, as these were subtle enough that I didn't know for sure. The only problem is when shots look like they've been taken on Saturn
