Just some squirrels........
Lens: 55-300 Camera: K20D Photo Location: Alberta Canada ISO: 100

Great shots Heinrich. I especially like #2, #3, and #5. I notice these are similar to my squirrels except they have no long bushy tails like they do here. The coloring on them resembles Fox squirrels in Arkansas....another place I lived for many years.

Thank you but no he was not angry, just in the mood and calling for a mate. They make a bird like chirping sound by opening their mouth really wide. It is very short and it took a few tries to get a picture just at the right moment.

Hi Mar and thank you, these have short tails that are not bushy at all and live in burrows.

Thank you Adam, will participate if we are home when it comes up after all I am a proud member of WSSA, # 58PX. Around June 15th we will leave for 4-5 week trip to the Yukon.

Outstanding, Heinrich. I don't know that I've ever run across with a squirrel with such an attitude. I'd give this guy (or gal) a wide berth.
