How Do You Zoo?
Lens: Pentax SMC A 70-210 Camera: K10D Photo Location: The Americas, Australia, Asia
Posted By: Nowhere Matt, 05-25-2010, 10:25 PM

So what does an excitable boy do having received another lens in the mail?
Why he packs up the kids to go on another photo opportunity, of course.
A mostly overcast day walking around the zoo. I used my K10 and recently acquired Pentax A 70-210 zoom. These are unedited; merely resized for fast uploading.

These were adjusted with software processings

I think the lens has already replaced at least two others I have in this same focal range. It was really a good buy to me. Thanks again, NeverSatisfied!

This was shot pretty wide for this lens (f4) so the bars of the cage could not be seen. I think that hint of blurring in front of his paws and branches is a vertical bar in the cage. I'm sure there was nothing I could do to keep at least one bar out of the image. Really surprised they did not show up more than they do here. I was at least ten feet from the cage and he is probably eight feet inside behind those bars.
