Anyone have an ID?
Lens: 18-55mm kit Camera: K-x Photo Location: Pa ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/25s Aperture: F19

Aperture was f18 - the listed f19 was as close as the drop down menu allowed.

Nope, but I can tell you it's an interesting shot! Maybe because it only has three petals- I've never seen a flower like that before! Good flash technique, too!

Looks like a spiderwort to me too. Nice shot of a beautiful flower.

Confirming photolady's and slowpez' identification.

It ** is ** a Spiderwort. There are fields that are just loaded with them down by the rivers around here. They seem to run from bluish purple to true purple. It may have to do with acidity in the soil.
