Castel Sant'Angelo at dusk.
Camera: LX3 Photo Location: Rome ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/30s Aperture: F5.6

From a stroll last week while enjoying some free time in Rome. This was taken with my new Panasonic LX3.

Oooo....very nice, love the colour the lights across the bridge give.

Out of curiosity, what lens did you shoot this with?

Pleasant capture Jason.
Nicely contrasted and composed.
A few more minutes later and you would have had a more dramatic sky, but nonetheless this is a pretty scene captured well.

He shot it with the Panasonic LX-3, so that should narrow it down

Yeah, from my little LX3. I wouldn't normally post photos in this section with anything other than my Pentax gear, but just wanted to post something out there since this is my first sojourn with this new pocket camera. As much as I dig it, it's still nowhere as sharp as my K-7 and K10D. (But so much easier to take along with me.)

Your local contrast is far too high.

would be cool in a long exposure....smooth all the water out...with maybe some car light streaks ...
