The composition, bokeh, and colors are all right-on, but the photo is soft! I think motion blur is to blame here, but it sort of is a killer IMO.

My 80-320 is week after 200mm...but the image looks better on flickr when I upload on here it kind of strips its quality.

If you click the photo in flickr and get a larger image, it's still soft. You didn't post what your shutter speed was but for birds or animals, you need your shutter speed to be 1.5 times your actual focal lenght of your lens.
