Shooting in an aquarium is certainly an exercise in patience - lol. Moving targets behind reflective glass (read: glare) definitely requires a lot of waiting for people to move out of the way so you can sneak in and get a good angle, and a lot of wasted shots due to weird reflections.
And while I still use auto-focus most of the time, I find that manual-focus is often the way to go so the camera doesn't try to focus on the glass instead of the fish.
