Nice shots of a Green Clearwing, I've taken bunches of this little guy with my Samsung, will be trying for more with the new K-x.

I like #3 best. Nice clear shot, great detail in the wing veins.

The first is actually the best. It isolates the dragonfly and its perch, unlike number three, which is cluttered and messy due to the busy background.

Thanks. You should do well with the KX. Didn't know it was called a Green Clearwing. I got to within 6 inches of it in the third shot, (I moved in slowly)

#1 was the one with the FA*300MM. I think this is my favorite too.
