My girlfriend was working on some senior portraits we had shot earlier in the week, and I felt bad just milling about while she toiled. So I pulled out some flash gels and experimented a little
:
Setup was two flashes in one umbrella camera left, a CTO'd rim light directly behind her, and a dark blue gelled umbrella camera right. This is pretty much how it looked out of the camera, albeit with a few alterations for curves and saturation.
I really just wish I had made the foreground clutter a bit neater, especially getting rid of the napkin with makeup on it. . .
