Thanks for sharing these! Does this lens have rounded aperture blades as advertised by Pentax?

Nice shots, Mark! I especially like the last one. What flower is it?

Adam, yes the WR lens does indeed have rounded aperture blades. I just got this lens a couple days ago and am so glad I spent the extra $$ over the non-WR version. The metal housing reminds me of my DA35Ltd, and I really used the quick-shift a lot yesterday, though I did much manual focusing too. The lens is tiny compared to what I expected, and it balances nicely on my Kx. I'm not sure I'll use the hood much, as the glass is quite recessed into the tube.

It's so much nicer to work with this lens over my DAL50-200 and the Raynox 150, though that setup has its place, too.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone
It's a great lens and one that I find I'm using for much more than just Macro shots.

twokatmew - It's some type of Daisy but I'm not sure the exact type....bought some at a local garden centre as Daisy is my Daughters middle name and she really wanted them...
