Supper Time, Kit Lens Macro's of a BEE

Hey that's great. The kit lens has been very impressive to me, except for low-light.

One of the first photos I took when my K100d arrived was of a bee:



I'm not 100% happy, I wish I had moved to my right a little and I think I front focused a bit too much and lost the DOF (if you view it at 100% you can see the bee's abdomen and left rear leg are in focus - hairy/etc. - but it goes out of focus where the bee is bending its body into the flower.

Nice shots Stu. Textures have come out well and the colours look very natural.
