If you're going to get her to mow the lawn, at least get her some decent shoes to do it it.

It was a spur of the moment thing. Sometimes you have to roll with the punches, but I completly understand what you are saying.

Hope you know I was joking, lol. My GF does the same stuff. Then she wonders why it hurt when she dropped a 2x10 on her toe. I'm sure the sandals had nothing to do with it.

I was going to say the same thing - but no joke.

It's amazing what people do in flops and other minimal clothing...

My better half mowed the lawn several months ago when I was in bed sick (so no photographic evidence) but apparently it caused a stir at the neighbours when Mr Neighbour pointed it out to Mrs Neighbour.

Why stop at mowing the lawn? Suggest other useful tasks to her: digging drainage ditches and laying drainage pipes; painting the house; fixing the TV aerial... the list is endless.

That's why my wife mows the backyard and I mow the front!

Mr. Tibbs the second shot is really nice, from the tone and colors to the grass clippings suspended in the air at the base of the mower.

ps- If she enjoys yard work, I could definitely use a hand!!!

Ahahaha, that's good, and some pretty good impromptu photos to boot.

One of my neighbours, the wife cuts the grass exclusively. all the other guys on the street call him our hero......and it's a push lawnmower, not a rider.
