I have only had my camera just over a month... so my post-processing skills have a long way to go... I just feel that there is something I didn't get right in this photo, I suspect that it is in my composition. Any cc is appreciated.

It's the small piece of flare on the second petal from the bottom. I'd clone it out, and then I think this should would be a winner Very well done overall! The exposure is controlled, and there's just enough color in the sky to complement the yellow of the flower itself.
