It's OK to shoot at ISO 3200!!!
Lens: DA 55-200 mm Kit Lens Camera: Pentax K-7 Photo Location: Toivakka ISO: 3200 Shutter Speed: 1/1000s Aperture: F9.5

Hiya! Some people think that Pentax is not the greatest camera at shooting at high ISO's. Well, I was at my summer camera...and made the following test. The first photo is at ISO 3200, the second is ISO 100. I just want to show that Pentax can do a great job at ISO 3200, too!

The difference between, say, ISO 200 and ISO 3200 is much less noticeable in decent light than in low light.

The only time you need ISO3200 is when the lighting is poor or you are using a very fash shutter speed (or a combination of both). That's when you see the difficulties that the camera has with it.

a 100% crop would help.
